Job Description Manager: SHARE POINT, Excel, Powerpoint, Risk Management Banking Experience

Description :

Must Have Requirements:

- 3-5 years of business focused (non technical) Sr. Project Management or Program Management experience

- Must have recent Banking/Financial experience

- Must have experience in reporting and documentation

- Must have compliance/regulatory/risk experience


Questions Candidates must be able to answer

- What Banking compliance projects have you worked on?

- Do you understand MRAs (Matters requiring attention)?

- What are the major business project efforts you have worked on?


The key responsibilities of the Reporting Team

Produce consistent and timely monthly reporting material that serves the needs of our customers
Actively participate in the development and review of the progress summary reports:
Maintain a current understanding of the business objectives, status, risks, issues, and resolution
Ensuring the content meets standards and norms
Driving consistency of reporting across work streams
Providing feedback on style, tone, clarity,* and formatting
Engage with stakeholders ensuring socialization of reporting activities including:
Communications, keeping our partners in the know
Processes, helping partners understand expectations
Procedures, supporting each other during execution
Timelines, ensuring due dates are top of mind among the team
Lead or contribute to internal process improvement initiatives



* Predicated on the individual developing an understanding of the business objectives, risk, and progress of assigned work streams





There is more than one role to be performed by team members on the reporting team during our reporting cycle.

In response to the scope of our responsibilities, the following roles have been deployed…

Reporting Production Support
Actively participate in the development of the reporting materials
Coordinate on-time delivery of monthly reports and alignment with quarterly reports
Ensure consistency, voice, and aesthetic of reports are aligned to standards or norms
Maintain the datasets used in production of reports
Program Monitoring & Coordination
Ensure content expectations and timelines are aligned to support reporting
Remain up-to-date on status and timelines
Provide creditable challenge to Progress Summary and other report details
Business Implementation Support
Maintain the processes, documentation, and tools used to produce reports
Take action to ensure optimization and risk mitigation opportunities are being addressed
Invest time in your development, relationship building with partners, and team building
