DAY TO DAY: Job Description: • Provide production support for SharePoint online. • Perform an initial review of DGS SharePoint sites to verify consistency, security configuration and correct configuration of owners. • Develop workflows, forms and assist DGS in making fuller use of currently unused SharePoint capabilities to support our business. • Perform day to day troubleshooting of SharePoint problems. • Assist in completing the migration of data on storage networks to SharePoint. • Provide user training and documentation. • Provide technical documentation, particularly around the site configuration and security standards. Minimal Position Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in SharePoint Development. • 5+ years of experience in SharePoint Administration. • 2+ years of experience with SharePoint Online. • 5+ Years of proven experience developing features, custom web parts, workflows with SharePoint 2013 or higher. • Thorough understanding of following SharePoint components: Lists, Libraries, Permission Management, Sites, Site Collections, Pages, Web Parts, Alerts and Workflow, Policies and Security. • Experience administering a SharePoint instances which is integrated with an Enterprise Active Directory. • Knowledge of SharePoint scripting and integration with external applications • Experience in developing user and technical documentation in both document and video formats. • Experience in Microsoft Teams, including meetings, user management, file management and integration with SharePoint. • Experience with Office 365 Microsoft tools including Word, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong communication and personal management skills. • Demonstrated analytical capabilities. • Can effectively identify and resolve problems.
