This position performs SharePoint/Web Design and Development as well as Administration and Support, within the Corporate Risk line of business at Wells Fargo. This position will have interactions with SharePoint site collection admins, site owners, end users, Enterprise SharePoint Team Members and Microsoft SharePoint vendor support Engineers. The ideal candidate will be capable of focusing on Design/Development of SharePoint web sites, as well as capable of performing SharePoint Administration and Support activities. This position requires the candidate to be highly organized with great written and oral communication skills. Additional job duties may include: Mentor less experienced SharePoint Support team members and Business Partners Documentation; authoring/updating various business documents including: Business Requirements (BRDs), Testing Matrix/Scenarios, User Guides and procedures Providing SharePoint training on one-on-one basis or to a group of SharePoint users Analysis; strong analytical/critical thinking skills Working well in a Team as well as individually; in a co-located and/or with remote/virtual Team Members Influencing and interacting with all levels of the organization Required Skill Set/Experience: 7+ years of web application/interface development experience; including user experience design/development 7+ years of web development experience; including programming and developing web applications 5 + years of SharePoint development experience 2+ years of SharePoint administration experience 3 + years of experience with SharePoint Designer workflows 3+ years of experience with MS InfoPath 3+ years of technical documentation and publication experience Ability to work effectively under aggressive timelines Skills that would be a Plus: 10+ years of web application/interface development experience; including user experience design/development MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, Project) experience General Information Security knowledge such as network security, firewalls, TLS/Certificates and encryption.
