The demand for communications and marketing and the agencys use of data to inform decisions have increased significantly. Additional support would allow for better focus and alignment, improved customer service and a consistent web presence across the enterprise.

Other responsibilities are as follow:
• Work with Communications/IT to coordinate web projects across divisions
• Collaborate with division staff/Communications on content development, including videos, podcasts,
design projects
• Track and report on all site metrics
• Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs, listservs, and events
• Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference
Goals:
A primary goal would be to collaborate with the Communications team to develop a comprehensive online/website improvement plan/strategy.
A secondary goal would be to meet 80% accuracy (for website/webpages) rate by fiscal year end and 95 percent accuracy by fiscal year end 2022. Contractor would work with Communications and content editors to identify and determine web pages to delete or merge and institute a quarterly auditing and review process that improves accuracy and up-to-date website content. This process would prepare divisions/staff for a future website redesign. Additionally, the contractor would work with Communications and IT to revamp/redesign website/webpages. This is TBD, following an assessment of site and the identification of goals.
