Job Description Administrator: CA Tools, Service Desk, Siteminder, APM Configuration

CA Service Desk Tool Adminstrator
Embraces change management controls
Perform routine maintenance by applying patches and upgrades
Work w infrastructure teams to keep components refreshed
Works on a variety of problems and remediate results
Develop and maintain configuration on a variety of products
Partner w vendor to resolve issues
Develop disaster recovery specifications, validation, and compliance w business continuity
Manager infrastructure projects as assigned
Work on service desk tickets and infrastructure workflows
Must be willing to work non-standard hours, supporting departmental objectives
Required to participate in on-call rotation
Participate in monthly scheduled maintenance window (2am to Noon EST)
Participate on Quarterly disaster recovery test to certify CA Tool functionality
Maintain knowledge documents in service desk
Provisioning, installation, configuration and operation of event monitoring

Service delivery, source code management and enterprise security application tools that manage the technology stick in IT Infrastructure
Participates in technical research and works under general guidance from a management
Automate manual processes and making recommendations to management
Have the ability to Support the following technologies

CA IDM
CA RCM
CA configuration automation
CA SysEdge
CA System availability
CA harvest
