Troubleshoots, identifies and tracks software and hardware issues to ensure resolution and keep systems operational. Develops recommendations and coordinates issue resolution with Information Technology (IT) and outside service providers based on business unit priorities. Documents and communicates problem resolution. Analyzes current processes, tools, system or database and makes recommendations for development, improvement or simplification. 6-7 years. Providing retail systems production support through problem analysis, tracking and resolution, working with Retail Stores and the Help Desk. Logs problems and resolutions through use of specialized software, such as the Remedy database application for tracking problems, and a solution builder. Monitors status of open trouble tickets and follows up with retail stores to ensure that problems are resolved to their satisfaction. 3-4 years Candidate Requirements Agile background – must have! Experience working with PeopleSERVE to execute queries, general database knowledge using the SQL server, they dont have to write their own code Nice to Have: Splunk PowerBI Tablaeu Retail expertise Must Have: Must be able to deal with ambiguity Certifications/Degrees Not required, however, would like to see a computer science classes or has general interest in technologies Disqualifiers Gaps in employment Length of contracts References from previous employers would be great to see!
