Logs problems and resolutions through use of specialized software, such as the Remedy database application for tracking problems, and a solution builder. Monitors status of open trouble tickets and follows up with retail stores to ensure that problems are resolved to their satisfaction. 3-4 years Candidate Requirements Agile background – must have! Experience working with PeopleSERVE to execute queries, general database knowledge using the SQL server, they dont have to write their own code Nice to Have: Splunk PowerBI Tablaeu Retail expertise Must Have: Must be able to deal with ambiguity Certifications/Degrees Not required, however, would like to see a computer science classes or has general interest in technologies Disqualifiers Gaps in employment Length of contracts References from previous employers would be great to see!
