Preferred Qualifications: 36 months business analyst experience 36 months experience leading elicitation sessions using variety of requirements gathering methods such as interviews, documentation analysis, surveys, site visits, business models with executives, managers, developers and subject matter experts. 36 months experience creating process and value stream models to support the understanding of the “as-is” state and development of a “to-be” process. 36 months experience evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. 36 months experience writing clearly defined problem statements and objectives and ensuring requirements are aligned to project scope, objectives and strategies. 36 months experience writing reports and presenting information to leadership and/or other stakeholders.
