This will include enterprise wide applications, technical infrastructure design, and security initiatives.

PROJECT MANAGER III

Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager III to lead and deliver complex projects that align with our strategic goals. The Project Manager III will be responsible for managing all aspects of project lifecycles, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

? Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices (e.g., PMI, Agile, Waterfall).
? Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
? Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
? Manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation and contingency plans.
? Monitor and control project progress, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on project status to stakeholders.
? Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient utilization and adherence to financial constraints.
? Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
? Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
? Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
? Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement.
? Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
? Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
? Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
? Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers.
Qualifications:
? Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
? Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
? Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
? Strong leadership and team management skills.
? Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
? Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? PMP or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable.
? Experience managing projects in [Specific Industry/Sector] is preferred.
? Experience in Agile project management is preferred.
