Duties include monitoring, planning, analyzing, managing, and communicating business requirements, reporting; and the coordination of people, processes and technologies as needed to support delivery of on-time and on-budget project results.Projects may range in structure from traditional/waterfall to various agile/hybrid frameworks. Effective communication skills and ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with staff, agency executives, legislators, consultants, and other stakeholders is essential for project success. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Participating in procurement activities as needed. • Participating in project scope and definition of the business need, expected project outcomes, expected benefits and project acceptance criteria. • Assisting in the development of project goals, objectives, milestones, and tasks. • Establishing the business analysis approach, outlining business analysis deliverables, communication approaches with stakeholders, requirements management approach and effort estimation approach. • Maintaining effective communication channels with stakeholders to manage expectations and providing updates on project progress. • Developing business analysis plan and requirements management plan with the project manager.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
