You will provide a partnered and consultative service to stakeholders within the business in relation to their internal and external permanent recruitment; planning and implement recruitment activities in order to fill all HP opportunities (both IT technical and non technical vacancies). You will be expected to abide by, as well as educate the business on and ensure compliance to HP Talent Acquisition/HR Policies and Procedures. You must be able to manage a workload in excess of 25+ vacancies simultaneously whilst also working to strict deadlines You will have the opportunity to become involved in a variety of value-add initiatives and project work outside of your day-to-day recruitment responsibilities Support will be provided by the current team in order to build your knowledge of the HP organization, systems, tools and recruitment channels. Experience Required Experience of recruiting technical roles within a fast-paced, high tech environment Direct Sourcing of external candidates essential. Strong knowledge of the technical market. Does not necessarily require experience with Cloud technologies but have the ability to quickly learn competitive markets and where to find talent 360 degree recruitment cycle experience; from taking the manager job briefing through to negotiating the offer and ensuring the smooth on-boarding the successful candidate Proven account management and relationship building skills.
