The successful candidate will spend a good portion of their time working with the business and technology areas to gather requirements for the Child Care System project. The candidate will gain an understanding of business functions, processing, challenges and opportunities to be effective in this role. The successful candidate is expected to facilitate collaboration to elicit, analyze and document requirements for cross functional solutions and work with project teams to develop scenarios for testing. The successful candidate will possess effective written and verbal communication skills and will collaborate with the leadership to ensure solution and project team are aligned to meet business objectives. Required Skills: * Work with technical and business staff on detailed business requirements by using a variety of techniques and tools required by client * Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to collect the information necessary to create deliverables within the established deadlines. * Manage requirements and facilitate requirements change decisions * Accurately prepare written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, professional and engaging. * Validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team by communicating and presenting requirement artifacts and deliverables appropriate need * Experience working on projects with mainframe and client/server architectures. * Experience with MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, Visio and Power Point Desired Skills: * Experience with Child Care or other Public Programs   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
