Job Description : Sr. Scrum Master Contract through 11/13/21 St. Paul, MN- REMOTE to start Our client is seeking a Sr. Scrum Master to join a newly formed team overseeing digital initiatives. This role will be focused on the Salesforce product. Responsibilities include: Provides overall guidance for scrum teams to adhere to Agile principles and practices. Arrange and facilitate, demos and decision-making processes to ensure that the proper adaptation process is in use. This includes sprint team backlog grooming estimating and sizing effort, release planning, sprint planning, daily scrum and retrospective. Coaching leaders to develop Product mindset. Coaching the organization on the Agile adoption. Identifying Anti-patterns and coaching the organization to resolve them. Collaborate with other shared service departments to align around Agile practices. Demonstrates ability to improve the way teams work with solid understanding of: Salesforce and Digital & development stacks. Facilitate Scrum events as needed fostering creativity, empowerment, cooperation, communication and productivity. Ensure the team is self-organizing and operating to maximize productivity and continuously improving. Coaching the organization on the Agile adoption. Identifying Anti-patterns and coaching the organization to resolve them. Work with leaders to identify and remove organizational impediments. Work closely with Product Owner and Stakeholders to develop good backlog practices, goal based roadmaps, product vision and the concept of value creation. Understands ET operating principles and key plans and integrates them across all workstreams and stakeholder groups. Demonstrates awareness and deep understanding of team metrics (e.g.velocity/cycle time) to identify barriers, champion their removal to overall team effectiveness. Required Experience: 3+ years experience as a Scrum Master Ability to communicate well with cross-functional teams Experience working with newly formed teams, helping to make improvements and address issues that may arise Experience working closely with Product Owners and understanding the relationship of Product Owners to a team; ability and willingness to help make process improvements in the PO space Excellent communication skills Preferred Experience: Exposure or understanding of Salesforce CSM or PSM I   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
