The analyst will work closely with our business-side partners to analyze and document their processes, identifying unnecessary processes and time wasters, and coming up with suggestions for improvement. They will be expected to write user stories in Azure DevOps to translate business needs into technical requirements. They will determine what all is needed, ensuring the requirements list is concise but complete. They will also work with product owners to prioritize requirements and help determine order of implementation for changes and features. A solid understanding of how to find/implement business efficiencies is a must. Experience working with developers in an Agile development environment is critical to success. Experience working with software development teams will help a candidate be successful. Understanding of how law and statute can impact processes will also be valuable, as would experience working with government entities.
