These solutions are brittle, unmaintainable, and lack adequate integrity constraints. The Formulation Repository is an effort to correct this situation with a new system that meets their current needs, integrates well with consuming systems, and provides a high-security cloud based storage and access solution consistent with modern industry best practices. With current resources the projected timeline for completion of the system is sometime around late 2021. Both IFS and PD&P are interested in using the formulation repository well before that. Additional resources could shave six to nine months off of that timeline, depending on who and how many additional developers join the team. Provide and promote software engineering best practices and standards Work closely with Product Owner and team to understand business process workflows. Preferred Agile/Scrum experience Build beautiful applications and interfaces Deploy and support applications on multiple platforms Integrate front-end GUIs with back-end databases, APIs, and other computational frameworks Provide accurate scoping and estimation of development efforts for projects based on product requirements Ensure that projects are developed in accordance to architectural and UX standards Experience using established engineering methodologies through all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Knowledge of common coding languages and frameworks (Ex: Python, Java, JavaScript, C# .Net, AngularJS, and SQL) Education and experience: BS – computer science/software engineering or related discipline 4-6 years of experience in developing software applications in a scrum setting using MS .NET framework Competencies: Experience using established engineering methodologies through all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Preferably worked in .NET technologies and Angular Knowledge of common coding languages and frameworks (Ex: Python, Java, JavaScript, C# .Net, AngularJS, and SQL) Knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud services   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
