Working on that team as a Senior Enrollment Consultant, you will be responsible for the quality testing and production readiness of numerous internal Client Health Source Data System extract files. You will ensure all data files are loaded and available for reporting done by the PBM Report Development Team. Qualifications: Qualification Rating Position Summary: Sr. SQL Developer will work closely with current development team to produce high quality reporting output to the business, clients and CMS. This position ultizes signifcant programming and analytical business experience. The position will be responsible for all phases of client and operational reporting including development, data extraction, analysis, implementation, automation, quality assurance, presentation and distribution of results. The position will develop and document processes, programs and queries to extract data from multiple databases. Duties: This Sr. SQL Developer will be responsible for the development and implementation of SSIS, SSRS reporting solutions and support the production of Business Intelligence Tools. The qualified candidate will possess independent problem solving, self direction, strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of training others in applications and writing basic documentation. This developer must be able to work successfully in a constantly changing environment. Must have the ability to respond quickly to requests and effectively communicate to all levels and departments within the organization. Experience: Required * 5 + years working with SQL Server (T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, .net and SSAS) and Business Intelligence Tools (Tableau) * 5 + years of working directly with Business Leadership to identify and resolve issues throughout all phases of report development * 5+ years of exposure to multiple RDBMS, as well as complex SQL Report Development skills across a variety of DB platforms Preferred Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience with health plans or government programs * Ability to mentor to less experienced team members and drive compliance for best practices, methods, standards and processes * Experience crafting and optimizing table structures, queries, and views to support data processing and reporting requirements * Strong technical understanding of data modeling, design and architecture principles and techniques across master data, transaction data and derived/analytic data; strong technical expertise in data storage/management technologies * Strong technical understanding of data integration standards, frameworks and best practices; especially as they relate to ETL * Proven background of designing and implementing architectural solutions which solve strategic and tactical business needs * Ability to communicate with and interpret the operational requirements of our Business partner end-users * Maintain documentation for data processing and analytics * Proficiency with writing SQL/T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions and views for ad-hoc, recurring standard reports or file builds * Ability to deliver error free results within tight time frames, and requires the ability to shift priorities as required by business needs * Good interpersonal and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
