Candidate must possess 3+ year of experience with IBM SCCD suite including, Asset Management, Knowledge Base, Service Catalog, Incident & Problem Management, Purchasing, inventory, and Big Fix. Responsibilities of the IBM SCCD Consultant Design, Architect, Implementation, Configure Discoveries for IBM SCCD Assist operations team with formulation and definition of solution gaps and objectives that would improve performance Independently performs and assists other team members in providing ongoing system maintenance, research, problem resolution, and on-call support tasks for existing systems Research current architecture to determine impact on existing services and identify improvement opportunities Define and document integrated processes for APS current IBM tools associated with asset & monitoring controls. Including activities around system alerts Create a monitoring plan with action steps endpoint failure remediation. Provide knowledge transfer to APS operations team on basic config, troubleshooting, system checks Analysis of current asset count discrepancies between SCCD/BigFix/SUA/TADDM. Establish a reconciliation process with frequency & estimated duration of tasks. Analysis should include the following areas: o Asset Import o Asset Location Matching o Ghost Assets o Asset Promotion Fix Topology- it is not showing all CI with related CIS Requirements of the IBM SCCD Consultant IBM ICD/Maximo Certification is of additional advantage 3+ years of experience with IBM SCCD with asset monitoring, SCCD implementation, configuration, experience with upgrade, Integration of BigFix & TADDM with SCCD and third party tools Rich experience in troubleshooting SCCD related issues Create/Edit workflows and add dependencies as needed Ability to develop new processes, document, and train end users   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
