Gather requirements from application managers, coordinate testing activities, and maintain effective communication. Assist in application performance troubleshooting, performance tuning, and provide performance enhancement recommendations. Produce quality metrics and reports for management decisions. Desired Qualifications: Minimum -Understanding of performance/load test methodology and techniques. -Should be familiar with the structure and operation of web and database servers. -Should be familiar with TCP/IP and HTTP protocols -Understanding of performance monitors/counters. -Understanding of programming techniques: Procedural and Object Oriented -Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. -Display a high degree of inquisitiveness and an eagerness to learn at a detailed and abstract level. -Strong written and oral communication skills. -Self-starter and highly motivated -Ability to work well under time constraints individually and with co-workers.
