Strong DevOps culture in managing quite complex application performance issues with a knack for excellent troubleshooting skills for, infrastructure, application and database errors for performance issues - ability to analyze stack traces and pinpoint errors at the code level Working knowledge of automation tools such as HPSA, Puppet, etc. Proficient in scripting technologies (Python, Lua, Shell, Bash, PowerShell, Ruby, JavaScript etc.). Client server configurations and integrations using vendor products and third party software Commitment, flexibility and desire to place customer satisfaction in Information Technology focusing on services and product monitoring. Knowledge with software development life cycles, design and tuning of technology systems to support continuous production support delivery to ensure they provide business benefit. Constantly think to improve collaboration during application support operations in real time and virtual war rooms with best communication skills including written and verbal. Specialized Knowledge: Business knowledge of complex heterogeneous multi-tier business technology applications trouble shooting on Unix/Windows systems. Experience in several of the following technologies: OS: Unix, Linux, Windows Web/Application Servers: Apache, SunOne/iPlanet, IIS/.NET, Tomcat, Weblogic, Websphere, JBoss Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 Message Bus: Tibco EMS & BusinessWorks, IBM MessageBroker & MQ Network: TCP/IP, span port and/or network tap configuration Other: Big data, Analytics, Microsoft Azure, CouldFoundry, other Cloud Based PaaS (Platform as a Service) platforms, PaaS and DbaaS deployments over IaaS deployments including conversion of IaaS deployments to PaaS Proven hands-on experience to support independent of software products in UNIX, Linux, and Windows server environments to troubleshoot application usage patterns and user journeys in most complex environments. Experience working within an agile environment and knowledge of SDLC. Specialized in monitoring tools real time data to support application software integration process and support with the documentation of procedures as needed. Knowledge of Build / Release / Configuration Management in this agile environment and hands on experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills (technical and non-technical).
