The ideal candidate should be able to wear multiple hats and be able to interface with clients, product teams and talk about the products on a high level, but also be able to interface with the development, Implementation and Support teams on code, server, network and OS level. Additional Job Requirements: Possess strong knowledge of application development methodologies, tools and technologies. Shown leadership in integration and operational support of enterprise information systems. Led Small to medium sized support teams and interface with external customers and internal entities on support issues. Ability to manage work in face-paced environment under tight timelines. Must have strong understanding of the infrastructure components and able to coordinate infrastructure upgrade/maintenance activities. Be able to evaluate, deploy, and support all hardware and software upgrades to the server infrastructure. Develop Strong understanding of complex internal business functions and processes. Must be able to determine and document complex software or system functional specifications. Must have excellent analytical and communications skills. Recommends strategies for improving system applications. Skill Set: 7+ years of doing Systems Architecture/ Application Integrations/ Application Support/ Application Deployments. 5+ years of experience in UNIX & shell scripting. 4+ years of RDBMS experience & knowledge in Oracle Database/ DB2, including reading and writing SQL scripts. Expertise in networking protocols like TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS and FTP,SFTP,FTPS,SSH. Expertise in reviewing, implementing and supporting Enterprise Security solutions including Web Service Security, SSL Mutual Authentication. Expertise in Web & Application servers including Websphere Application Server (WAS), JBoss and Apache Experience in clustered server environments highly recommended. Experience with Software Configuration Managements tools like CVS, SVN, Clearcase highly recommended. Experience with eCommerce and/or Mobile Payments highly recommended. Experience on applications using Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate etc. Preferred Experience implementing web services, web service interfaces and processes as services, which would include WSDL.
