(ANT, JIRA, etc); Strong knowledge of UNIX scripting languages such as Perl, Shell, Python Etc. Strong knowledge of Unix and Windows operating systems Must have knowledge of the workings of defect tracking tools and be able to define and setup work/process flows in Quality Center; Strong knowledge of server and application architectures; Must be able to work in cross functional teams to provide the best solution; Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines; Ability to effectively interface with technologists, business owners, and end-users; Demonstrate coordination; organization, creativity, flexibility, and strong analytical skills; Strong communication skills; both written and verbal; Flexibility to work overtime as required (may need to be on call to support a 24x7x365 technical operation). Must have strong verbal skills to communicate with non-technical resources.
