Job Description : Overview Data Analyst will work with stakeholders to triage incoming data, clean and format it correctly and merge it into Salesforce. Will be responsible for overall quality of Salesforce marketing data. Will also assist creating reports and data extracts for marketing managers. Responsibilities also include supporting the intake and management of Sales data in Salesforce. Skillsets Trustworthy – Has read/write access to all BSC contact & account data Excel – Proficient in filtering, lookups, data cleansing, sorting, etc. Database – Understands import/export, records, field mapping Reports – Can create queries, filters and custom reports Salesforce – Hands-on experience with admin certification preferred Data Tools - DemandTools, DuplicateCheck, DataLoader or similar preferred Marketing Data Duties Merge external marketing lists with contacts and leads in Salesforce Append NPI numbers, accounts and other key information from various sources Assist building complex campaign audience queries Develop reports & dashboards to aid in cleaning and monitoring process Triage new leads coming from websites or other sources Sales Data Duties Monitoring for dupes within system and resolving them Tagging NPI numbers to physicians Enriching Contact data with information from publically available sources Upload photos of contacts where needed, Tag or link to profile pages (like DHC) Tagging contacts with information from Tradeshows Update user engagement metric/adoption Help clean up opportunities / products and maintain on an ongoing basis Other Data quality / cleansing projects Considerations Requires good judgement and interpretation more than just following instruction Will require some manual data entry, not all processes are automated Will need to interact regularly with subject matter experts who know the data well Qual notes: D2D - Working with 2 sets of stakeholders within 7 different business units - Acquire a list of data and integrate it to DB without duplicates - Few different DBs and access points to avoid dups - Merging existing data and profiles - Will start in repetitive work and move into more diverse role with new opportunities BG/Skillset - Mid career” - Good Xcel exp. - Salesforce – not too deep but need working exp and understanding the basics and its related objects - Data loader- crucial - Demand tools - Duplicate check - 4 year bach or technical degree – ideal - Marketing cloud – great to have, dont need - Data proficient – SQL, DB tools, tableau   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
