Visualization Reporting / Dashboarding: We have a variety of major infrastructure initiatives, as well as general daily operational and project activities, where we are required to provide consistent and reliable reporting of activities and status. We do not have a current resource with skills in the various Vx tools (ie Tableau, PowerBI) to be able to provide the data visualization views needed to help enhance decision-making and help us communicate more effectively with our businesses. 2. Logic Monitor Dashboarding - We are transitioning several of our infrastructure monitoring and operational tools into Logic Monitor. Some of the tools we have today (like Orion/SolarWinds, MS SCOM, and FrameFlow among others), have the ability to display interactive dashboards with drill-down capability. We can see all of our remote sites, with red/green/yellow indicators at a glance from the primary view, and we can drill down into any of the sites to see the specific devices that are showing red or yellow for example. We want to be able to establish interactive dashboard views with a current tool like Tableau or PowerBI, that can display datapoints from multiple sources. Skills needed: Integrate data from various sources (LogicMonitor, ServiceNow, Excel, others/etc….) Create visualizations, reporting and dashboards to support continuous monitoring of key performance indicators and operational datapoints Multiple dashboard views depending on audience, i.e., Exec view, Operations view, tactical Infrastructure views, filtering capability for single or multi-site views; Demonstrated ability to think creatively and produce multiple dashboard visual formats for easy consumption.
