Will perform functional allocation of resources to identify required tasks and their interrelationships. In addition to expert Tableau skills, has good customer skills, project skills, and oral and written communication skills. able to qualify the individual as an expert in the field for an actual task order. Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills.
