Familiarity with SQL and other database technologies is an advantage. o Performance Optimization: Ability to optimize performance of BI tools and database systems, including monitoring usage and utilization, capacity planning, and optimizing queries. o Automation and Scripting: Experience with scripting and automation tools for deployment and maintenance of Tableau/BI systems. o Communication Skills: The ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. o Collaboration: The ability to collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders in a multi-functional environment. o Continuous Learning: Passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest Tableau and BI trends, tools, and technologies and to continuously improve their skills and knowledge. o Project Management: Experience with managing projects and tasks related to Tableau and BI systems, including creating plans, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress. • Top Skills and Years of Experience: o Heavily prefer someone with tableau admin experience o 3 years+ experience o IT Degree preferred o Not fresh out of college, needs some experience o Manage & install license keys on server o Manage & install creator keys on server o Loading software to new servers o Manage software o Manage server settings o Manage permissions   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
