Specifically, this work includes the following: 1) Add UID data into Data Warehouse a) Analysis of possible datasets b) Assist in building ETL process c) Assist in creating Tableau datasets d) Assist in creating Tableau reports 2) Add ERD annual report data into the Data Warehouse a) Analysis of possible datasets b) Assist in building ETL process c) Assist in creating Tableau datasets d) Assist in creating Tableau reports 3) Building Tableau datasets and reports based on agency financial data a) Review existing spreadsheets b) Assist in creating Tableau datasets c) Assist in creating Tableau reports d) Training with CSD staff on using Tableau 4) Documentation and training for DLI staff on current Data Warehouse architecture and processes a) Document additional data and processes added to the Data Warehouse b) Training DLI resources on Data Warehouse architecture c) Provide Tableau training as needed. d) Classes will include Level 1 (Introduction), Level 2 (Intermediate) and Level 3 (Advanced) courses. Contractor Staff, Roles and Responsibilities • The Contractor shall be responsible for providing staff with the necessary experience and skills to assist DLI with completion of the various tasks and activities outlined in this SOW. The Contractor shall provide onsite staff for this project. Contractor staff will be primarily located and work at the DLI TSD offices located at 2550 Prospect Avenue, Helena, Montana. Some work may also be performed at DLI offices located at 1315 Lockey Avenue, all of which will be considered onsite for individuals key to the project. • Contractor project personnel may not be assigned new or additional contract assignments outside the State of Montana contract, reassigned, replaced, or added during the project without the prior written consent of the DLI. Should a project staff position be vacated, the Contractor shall provide for continuity of the positions responsibilities within five (5) business days. The Contractor must propose replacement personnel within ten (10) business days. The Contractor must provide resumes of qualified replacement personnel, as well as the opportunity for the DLI to interview and approve any potential replacement for project personnel. • DLI reserves the right to request alternative staff and require a change in the Contractors project personnel. In the event a change is required, DLI shall be provided the opportunity to interview and approve potential replacements for project staff. DLI reserves the right to approve all Contractor staff assigned to this project. • Contractor may, with prior written permission from DLI, enter into subcontracts with third parties for its performance of any part of Contractors duties and obligations. The State of Montana expressly consents to the Contractors use of the Subcontractors designated in its Response for the provision of the services specified in the response. Any such approval may be rescinded at the States sole discretion. The Contractor is responsible and liable for the proper performance of, and the quality of any work performed by all Subcontractors and their compliance with the SOW, and the subcontract terms and conditions. All subcontracts shall be made in writing and copies provided to State upon request. The State has the right to refuse reimbursement for obligations incurred under any subcontract that do not comply with the terms and conditions of the contract or this SOW.
