The DS will work with very large data sets and lead specific projects from concept to completion, by contributing to data mart creation, statistical modeling, visualization, and deliver actionable insights. This individual will interpret and analyze healthcare data from various sources and recommend best approaches for analyzing and perform statistical modeling to provide recommendations to the client for a given business goal. The DS will perform in client-facing situations and work as a collaborative team player. Job Responsibilities: Works with the internal data Warehousing team to source the required data Normalizes and transforms data to ensure the target data marts are ready for analysis Able to rapidly develop advanced analytical solutions to help client leaders understand new possibilities to transform the business Provide advanced visual analytics to help aid with the identification of patterns, trends and anomalies Evaluate, recommend, and optimize the right data transformation methods to support customer needs Design and develop compelling visualizations to communicate insights to C-Level executive management Provide thought leadership and contribute to expanding the knowledge base within area of expertise which includes exploring new methods, tools, techniques and criteria for normalizing and transforming data Collaborate across businesses, functions, and regions to align strategy and direction with corporate and divisional approaches, systems, information and support. Education Requirements: Masters or Bachelors degree in disciplines like: Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Biostatistics & Medical Informatics , Management Information Systems or Statistics and related disciplines Required Key Skills: Good verbal & written communication skills to interact with the relevant stakeholders Analytical and problem solving skills 2 Yrs Experience extracting, transforming, normalizing and making data ready for analysis 2 Yrs Hands on experience with SQL Ability to work with large set of disparate data independently Background in advanced mathematics / statistics Hands on expertise with visualization tools like Tableau, or similar tools   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
