Reporting Developer - Tableau What Project/Projects will the candidate be working on while on assignment? Tableau updating and Data Mapping What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis) * Confirm Tableau reports are correctly displaying; * Giving Access and Visibility to users; * Developing new and adapting existing dashboards * Data Mapping Source Data to ensure proper displaying and testing the data integrity * What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? * Efficient with Tableau * Familiar with SQL; Familiar with Alteryx is preferred What skills/attributes are a must have? * Experience with Tableau and examples of how they have built dashboards What skills/attributes are nice to have? * KNoweledge of Alteryx and Orbit Neteeza; * Knowledge of PBM and or Specialty Pharmacy or healthcare claims processing Where is the work to be performed? (ex. 9am-5pm, day/night shifts, rotating shifts, etc) * 9-5 Position Description: The primary purpose of this position is to perform ad-hoc and regular analysis to support the strategic initiatives of product development, sales, and marketing. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: Structure and define scope of analysis. Pull data from multiple sources to satisfy requests, and also integrate data across data sources. Structure and define the deliverable to meet the needs of the requestor. Develop and maintain relationships with requestors across the organization, specifically meeting deadlines and communicating expectations clearly. Project work is highly varied and would include data retrieval; data cleansing, pre-processing, and QA of data; data analysis and developing conclusions/ recommendations, and final report preparation. Candidates can distinguish themselves by demonstrating experience at standardization of reporting processes; design, implementation, maintenance, and analysis of data models; and sophisticated analysis techniques e.g., statistical analysis. Required Skills: 2-4 years minimum proven experience in data retrieval and analysis; proven experience in receiving and developing a scope for analysis, defining and meeting deadlines, proven experience/exposure to marketing tools such as segmentation schemes, and data management techniques, including data cleansing, merge/purge; demonstrable skills using one or more database reporting tools such as Microsoft Access, Salesforce.com, Tableau; Ability to work independently and, in person with customers to define requirements and perform requested tasks; Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret findings and present in both oral and written format; Excellent presentation and communication skills.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
