The PM will work directly with the team to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. The incumbent should be familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. Will report to a manager or head of a unit/department. Responsibilities: Coordinate internal and external resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project Use the SOW as a guide to ensure that all project milestones and deliverables are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress (in conjunction with the project plans of the vendors/resellers) Manage changes to the project scope and schedule using appropriate verification techniques Prepare reports for management and the stakeholders regarding the status of the project Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with team members and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Communicate and notify clients of the schedules as it is developed and the impact Delegate project tasks to staff members as needed Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with PMs, clients as well as other staff members Use and continually develop leadership skills Attend meetings and training as required to maintain proficiency Perform other related duties as assigned Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs Requirements: Proven working experience in project management Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus PPM solution implementation experience a plus Experience utilizing PPM solutions Bachelors Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience Project Manager top skills & proficiencies: Developing and Tracking Budgets Supervision Project Management/Product Management Relationship Management Management Process Improvement Planning Performance Management Excellent written and verbal communication skills 5-7 years project management experience required   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
