In-person Job Description: DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: • Represent the SCJB while working with our vendor managed partner during all project related activities. • Gather necessary data from internal business owners to understand the business requirements from each division to develop a plan to onboard them to OnBase. • Single point of contact for agency imaging projects. • Work with SCJB teams to establish project scopes, priorities and timeframes. • Lead the requirements sessions with key stakeholders to define the business needs and requirements of the new solution. • Plan and set direction for this project that supports several Judicial Branch business functions. • Create project documentation and communication plans. • Review project team deliverables to ensure quality (design walk-through, test results, etc.) and adherence standards/regulatory requirements. • Interact with customers / end users to understand their business and to anticipate IT solutions based on business and technical knowledge. • Develop financial forecasts for expanding current OnBase services to other divisions within SCJB. • Conduct executive briefings. • Assist with training and mentoring SCJB Business Analyst. • Assist with User Acceptance Testing. • Assist with creation of training documents. • Assist with deployment and rollout schedules. • Perform other duties as assigned. SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): REQUIRED: • 8+ years of project management experience • Able to manage both the business and IT aspects across the full project lifecycle • Solid presentation skills, oral and written communication skills and teamwork skills • Experience defining technical initiatives and developing project plans for enterprise systems • Need to demonstrate solid technical knowledge, demonstrate strong business knowledge, require limited direction, provide significant direction, handle highly complex problems, possesses extensive knowledge of project development processes and/or SDLC, have strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work very closely with diverse team consisting of members with a technical and legal business background.
