Requesting analyst access – 0.5 hours per month i. Relatively easy, knowing how to submit ART requests with the access needed and described in documentation. b. Procedural updates – 1 hour per week i. Writing skills and in depth knowledge of existing processes. c. Answering procedural questions – 2 hours per week i. Basic process questions, most can be found in documentation. d. Working with EIW User Support on multiple issues – 2.5 hours per week i. Role issues, policy issues, fielding questions about our processes, creating and promoting consistency between our two groups. e. Day to day escalations – 1 hour per week i. Generally escalations should flow through SSC but EIW User Support often reaches out to us to push requests through. f. Problem tickets – 1.5 hours per week i. Mostly password related. Often requires knowledge of tools and versions being used to authenticate. g. Interfacing with DBAs – 1.5 hours per week i. Knowledge of existing processes, reaching out to DBA teams when issues occur or changes need to happen. h. BMG Recertification – 2 hours per week during 1st 3 months of the year i. Once per year, may not be required if BMG gets into ACT next year. Otherwise, will be much easier with bulk work functionality in ART with recent upgrade. i. ACT troubleshooting – 0.5 hours per week i. Knowledge of ACT Support Tools, researching reporting discrepancies. j. Training – 1 hour per week i. Knowledge of processing Teradata requests. k. Procedures – 0.25 hours per week i.
