Working in the collecting, documenting, and maintaining the business requirements for the CISS Project. Provide documented processes to the testing team in the implementation of the required testing. Being knowledgeable on all facets of Software Development Methodology (SDM) and assisting the CISS team on compliance for CJIS activities. Supporting the resolution of defects found during testing, triage severity of defects with CJIS team and run meetings with the CJIS team and stakeholders as needed. Providing general testing process consultation to the project team. The Senior Test Lead skill and experience should include: Leadership for business rules and requirements testing strategies, “use case” development and acceptance criteria for gating to production. Reporting test results and documenting reported defects. Knowledgeable of current and new business process flow diagrams and charts. Management of the stakeholders and user communitys expectations. Work in collaboration with vendors for planning, executing, and reporting testing results. Ability to validate Traceability Matrix to contractual requirements. Development of relationships with the stakeholders and user community that foster teamwork and collaboration.
