Define and maintain test and automation frameworks. Define and document standards and best practices. Troubleshoot automation development issues, address concerns and provide automation solutions. Remain current with industry leading tools, techniques, methodologies and process to constantly improve on the automation implementation and strategy. Identify opportunities with automation implementation by reviewing automation test scripts, plans and code coverage. Drives all aspects of testing activity, including collaborating and coordinating across the organization Identifying and managing risks, making sound judgments about quality, and stopping (or speeding up) production at the right time Leading and coordination of test and automation efforts between internal teams and external development partners Requirements 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience 3-5 years of experience in various phases of testing, designing, and developing complex applications, including automation test development and test framework definition Prefer Java software development experience Proven capability in test methodology, defining and maintaining test frameworks, automation development and test processes Extensive knowledge of testing and automation development tools, frameworks and strategies Expertise with Agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle principles Strong and demonstrable external client facing skills specifically in the areas of communication, issue and escalation management Strong understanding of the links and dependencies between the projects and other in-flight projects and/or business initiatives   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
