ABOUT THE ROLE The Quality Assurance Analyst position is responsible for the development of manual regression test cases and scripts for the Virginia ABC Licensing System. Collaborate with other QA Analysts through published requirements, procedures and user stories. Extensive knowledge of software testing and quality assurance methodologies. Detailed oriented thinker that can balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Document test cases inside of JIRA in accordance with user requirements and ABC/IT standards. The Quality Assurance Analyst responsibilities will include: • Self-starter that can anticipate the next steps in the design and development of test cases. • Provide detailed communication and document test results in Jira • Works independently and/or with others while managing multiple assignments. • Understand the boundaries of the system and validate the impact of various processes on the system produce the desired results. • Coordinate with the QA team for testing activities including: --Develop and execution of manual test cases and verify functionality in accordance with published requirements, procedures, and/or user stories --Requirements gathering and reviews --Write and update test scripts --Securing and maintaining repeatable test data --Facilitate test review sessions as needed to execute integrated and system testing activities   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
