Testing Cross Platform Application Integration Programming QA Testing Script Develo   Requirement id 141650 Job title Analyst Job location in Atlanta, GA Skills required Bachelors Degree, Information Technology, Testing, Cross Platform Application Integration P Open Date 14-Jun-2023 Close Date Job type Contract Duration 12 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type --- Apply    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Analyst: Bachelors Degree, Information Technology, Testing, Cross Platform Application Integration P Hybrid Start date :07/03/2023 End Date :06/30/2024 Submission deadline :06/21/2023 Client Info :DHS Description : ------------------------------------------------------ Writes and maintains test scripts based on software requirements and design documents Confirms function, performance, integration, and acceptance test results are in accordance with application and departmental standards Verifies that system requirements are traceable, consistent, complete, and testable Verifies that software applications perform in accordance with system requirements and specifications Analyze test results and report to the development team Performs requirements, design and code walkthroughs/reviews as requested Develops test plans, scripts, scenarios, and implementation plans that demonstrate concrete, consistent, and observable results Measures the severity of failures and defects in accordance with test plan guidelines Accurately and thoroughly documents application performance failures and defects during each quality review session Clearly and accurately communicates test results to programming staff and/or appropriate management staff Regularly enters issues/defects related to the test life cycle or change control environment into applicable tracking system Conducts testing meetings, as necessary, for problems encountered during the test life cycle Qualifications Bachelors degree in related field AND Five (5) years of experience in Information Technology testing, quality assurance and the performance of change management functions, three (3) years of which must have been attained in a cross-platform Information Technology development environment Demonstrated knowledge of testing methodology and practices Working knowledge of relevant operating systems and software development fundamentals Hands-on experience with automated test tools Basic knowledge of SQL Strong process and gap analysis skills Ability to interpret test cases for high level and functional processes Preferred Qualifications Two (2) years of experience with QA testing and script writing Good understanding of the system test life cycle, review process, and test case documentation Ability to document and troubleshoot errors Well versed with Agile, Scrum, waterfall methodologies Good team working and critical thinking skills Keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills Intermediate level knowledge of MS Excel, JIRA and HP ALM   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
