We are looking for someone with a competent understanding of audit and regulatory requirements and standards. This is a 4 month contract role with the opportunity to work on high impact projects amongst a growing organization. Please see below for details. Technical Compliance Auditor Ensures stability and compliance with audit and regulatory requirements/mandates. Primary duties may include but are not limited to: Creates and documents results of compliance testing and review. Performs interviews to gather necessary information to perform reviews and audits. Design, document and execute large volume complex data analyses. Documents, recommends and tracks results of process improvements. Researches complex business and technical processes and provides recommendations based on industry best practice and regulatory requirements. Assesses risk of IT systems, operational processes and financial processes. Evaluates internal control language and assess clarity of control objective. Documents business processes dependent on information technology. Produces engagement planning, tests planning, documents findings, defines appropriate remediation and consolidated metrics for reporting purposes. Analyzes results of specific or general work requests. Coordinates engagement plan objectives (conduct in-area team meetings, verify projects are tracking, creates issue lists). Requirements: Associates degree; 2 years experience in audit (information technology, operations or financial); or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public accounting (CPA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) required within two years on the job. Competent desktop skills (MS Office-Excel, Word, Access, Project) required. Strong written and verbal communication skill required. Excellent organization and time management skills required. Competent understanding of audit and regulatory requirements and standards (PCAOB, CobiT, SAS70, SOX etc.) required. Basic analytical skills required.
