The primary assignment will be maintenance of the core functional processing for the Child Support Enforcement system. The primary duties will require the candidate to: 1) Participate in development of requirement specification documents, with responsibility to facilitate JAD sessions. 2) Document business requirements and objectives for initiating software modification with functional work flows. 3) Review and make recommendation to management regarding the solutions proposed by programming staff for system changes/enhancements. 4) Review system design documents and revalidate previously defined business processes 5) Investigate and provide problem resolution for reported issues and concerns. 6) Define acceptance test criteria, based on requirement and design documentation. Testing responsibilities will include a) Development of test scenarios, test plans and test scripts, b) Developing test conditions and test data, c) Execution of acceptance test, d) Analysis of the results of the test, and e) Documenting the results and findings. Required Skills: * The successful candidate must have Four (4) years of experience in Software Development; specifically defining business requirements and testing or Four (4) years of experience in Child Support Enforcement operations (Locating non-custodial parents, Establishing paternity and support obligations, Enforcing support orders, and Gathering case information) * One (1) year experience with MS office suite; Word, EXCEL, Visio.
