References are required for this requirement. • The PM must have excellent communication and organization skills. • The PM must be capable of working independently and diligently in scheduling necessary meetings and perform status tracking • The PM must be capable of reporting to upper Management and the Governors Office on a regular basis. Status reports, issues and risks, dashboards must be prepared for these meetings. • The PM must be diligent and capable of managing a Microsoft Project Plan and tracking and managing the sub-projects within the plan. • The PM must be prompt and dependable. • The PM must be capable of team building • The PM must have vendor management skills and proven success in this arena.
