Day to day tasks include: • Provide guidelines, reviews and support to developers and business analysts creating unit tests and integrating them into the build cycles; • Manage testing activities, including UI automation, integration testing, performance and scalability testing • Review and provide guidance on the test scope and output of testers performing exploratory testing in development sprints; • Facilitate, record and capture information from demos and clinical validations; • Create status reporting mechanisms to monitor the status of the above activities; • Host integration discussions, with representatives of all test teams, identify and help resolve road blocks • Ensure that requirements and deliverables are verified and validated at each testing phase and final acceptance; • Prepare test protocols and reports which meet regulatory requirements, during the final test cycle; Mandatory Qualifications: • Expert-level: 84+ months experience in developing and maintaining user and technical documentation and process documentation for application / technology teams. Understand the users view of applications and /or technology and is able to put procedures in a logical sequence; Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. • 84 months of experience planning, designing, developing and executing test strategies based on software specifications. Experience must include creating test plans, test schedules, test reports, and creating test strategies. Additional nice to have qualifications: • 84 months of experience coordinating, tracking, and analyzing testing activities working directly with business analysts, business and technical subject matter experts. Experience must include hands-on use of defect management tools to identify, document, track and communicate problems to technical staff. • 60 months hands-on experience recording and scripting automated functional tests. Experience must detail the use of specific automation tools and processes/methods used to create automated tests from manual functional tests. • 36 months of experience scripting and executing Performance tests using HP LoadRunner. • 36 months experience using HP Quick Test Professional (QTP), Mercury, or HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT) to automate manual functional test scripts. • 36 months direct hands-on experience as a Test / QA Lead working on large software development and data migration project(s). Experience must detail team leadership responsibilities. • 36 Months of experience creating user test scripts and managing User Acceptance Testing. • 36 Months of experience in using HP Quality Center. • 24 Months of experience in using SOAPUI for SOA Service testing.
