Preferred Qualifications: 72 months of experience supporting users of NYS CONNECTIONS. 72 months of experience providing IT support in a Child Welfare environment, gathering requirements, and submitting change requests. 72 months of experience providing implementation support services for new application builds in a child welfare environment, as well as interpreting legacy systems to provide direct user support. 72 months of experience providing on-site user support for a large scale (15k + users) distributed application 72 months of experience analyzing management strategies and business processes on a state-wide system with 15,000 plus users. 120 months of experience working directly with users in child welfare area providing training or technical assistance either in a classroom or in a work environment. Experience should include writing documentation and/or desk aids that were used as reference material that supported users understanding of business operations and/or training.
