DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Update, test, and deploy endpoint client image to include IRS SCSEM settings to agency endpoint computers. Configure, document, monitor, and secure the Microsoft 365/Azure tenant. Perform administrative tasks related to Azure AD, Endpoint Manager, Exchange, OneDrive, and Teams including, but not limited to problem tracking, resolution, and documentation. Create, modify, and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks. REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): • Three plus years of Microsoft 365 Administration including Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, InTune, Exchange, and Azure. • Three plus years of Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP administration. • Experience applying IRS SCSEMs to Windows 10 endpoints. • Experience with PowerShell to write scripts to automate tasks. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
