Mandatory Qualifications: 60 + months experience managing small to medium-scale business analysis work or projects with distinct deliverables to a solution; Candidate is able to work without assistance and can provide leadership for others; may have advanced education. 72 months of experience in managing multiple IT projects where regular interactions with executive level stakeholders were required. Requested Qualifications: 72 months professional experience in IT supporting medium to large deployments. 72 months of experience logging, analyzing, testing, and troubleshooting defects found in test and production environments. 72 months of professional experience documenting functional and/or operational requirements in a formal requirements document. 72 months of professional experience analyzing business and/or operational processes, developing business and/or operational process flow charts and creating use cases, as needed. 60 months of professional experience providing clear and specific oral and written communications to business owners, IT program team members, and management. 24 months experience with Health Insurance or the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid which includes Eligibility and Enrollment (not Health Care).
