Duration of the contract would be from now through Q3 2021. Were looking for an experienced resource who will be able to come in and quickly take on the PeopleSoft HRIS Analyst lead role. Key responsibilities include: HR Reporting Delivery - interfacing with customers, evaluating their business needs, and delivering required data and reports PeopleSoft functional configuration - ability to create core HR data such as company, department, position Liaison with IT - coordinate testing, validation and loading activities for HR data elements Experience required: PeopleSoft Core HR module experience Experience in a customized PeopleSoft environment required DB2 environment preferred Saavy with query and comfortable with front end of the appliation Experience transitioning to SuccessFactors helpful Blend of technical and functional background - need to interface with HR Business Partners and IT Strong problem solving and trouble-shooting strengths Ability to ask questions to determine how configuration may be structured differently for our business Ability to create queries, navigate and configure in the application front end An understanding of roles and permission structure - department security tree experience preferred HRIS experience working with very large data sets   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
