IDEAL BACKGROUND: A technical background with a focus on Microsoft Authenticator. TOP REQUIREMENTS: - Microsoft Authenticator -1-2 years - Troubleshooting issues to resolution – 5 years - Security – 3-5 years *** What experience will set candidates apart from one another? Microsoft Authenticator, Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Windows Hello, and Azure would be a plus. TEAM STRUCTURE: 6 Engineers, 4 Developers, 8 Operational Support, and 1 Director. INTERVIEW PROCESS: a. How many rounds? Two. The first interview is with me and the ones I feel are qualified and a good fit will meet with 3 of our team members. b. Video vs. phone? Either is fine. c. How technical will the interviews be? We will want to hear about their experience with Microsoft products mentioned above and the number of years of experience and how recent is the experience. We will ask specific questions about the products in regards to implementation, configuration, monitoring, reporting and supporting with an emphasis on Microsoft Authenticator. ADDITIONAL DETAIL: Involved in monitoring, evaluating, and maintaining systems and procedures to safeguard internal information systems, networks, databases, and Web-based security. Conduct vulnerability assessments and monitor systems, network, databases and Web for potential system breaches. Respond to alerts from information security tools. Report, investigate, and resolve security incidents. Recommend and implement changes to enhance systems security and prevent unauthorized access. Research security trends, new methods, and techniques used in unauthorized access of data in order to preemptively eliminate the possibility of system breach. May oversee internal or external systems security (i.e., cloud services).
