Job Description : Exchange System Administrator Desired skills include Office 365 and Exchange Ensure the stability, availability and reliability of the Systems in production environment. Specific deliverable include daily ticket/work request handling and event management in terms of overall availability/performance. The main projects include upgrading from MS 2010/2013 to MS 2016. · 3+ years experience in information technology including working knowledge of ITIL best practices and demonstrated experience with implementing and operating systems within these frameworks · 3+ years working as a Systems Engineer or Administrator · 3+ years experience managing supportability and troubleshooting the availability of applications, systems, and servers for high availability enterprise systems · Considerable troubleshooting skills · A basic working knowledge of various technologies within area of discipline · Ability to deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing environment · Excellent written and oral communication skills · Ability to test and document the results of testing for the technology supported · Strong analytical and organizational skills Education: Both Education and Certifications are nice to have. Required Experience & Skills: Office 365 Exchange MS 2013 & 2016 VMWare is strongly desired Active Directory required VMWare of other virtualization experience Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Servers Other Skills: Ability to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organization. Ability to work on projects both independently and in a team environment. Ability to troubleshoot issues within all aspects of Information Technology. Ability to deal with a rapid and fast paced changing environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Sound problem resolution, judgment, negotiating and decision making skills.
