Ability to work with Empirix to support test. Expertise in the following areas: o Genesys Routing Strategies Building, testing, upgrading and maintaining routing strategies Modifying routing scripts and transaction lists to accommodate minor changes in call flow Troubleshooting and modifications of call flow through a load balanced environment using Cisco and F5/BigIP o Genesys Administrator Agent moves/adds/changes. Adding, modifying, disabling, enabling or deleting agent configuration Adding, modifying, or deleting agent groups, virtual agent groups and virtual queues Adding, modifying, or deleting agent skills Add/Change/Delete: extensions, login IDs Modifying the Genesys configuration data to mirror a change made on a premise switch (i.e. changing an agent phone extension or login ID) Add/Change/Delete new objects such as new service numbers and network destinations o Reporting Management Scheduling and running reports Creating of real-time reporting views with CCPulse Experience in deploying and supporting Multimedia Experience in deploying and supporting Infomart Ability to identify monitoring opportunities and best practices Proficient in oral and written communication such as training, drafting of support documentation and transferring knowledge Qualified to participate in incident and problem management and application release and configuration change activity Experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution activities   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
