Expertise in the following areas: o Genesys Routing Strategies Building, testing, upgrading and maintaining routing strategies Modifying routing scripts and transaction lists to accommodate minor changes in call flow Troubleshooting and modifications of call flow through a load balanced environment using Cisco and F5/BigIP o Genesys Administrator Agent moves/adds/changes.
