Job Description Consultant: PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 - 9.2, UAT, SQL Queries, SME IT Team Business Requirements Docume

PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant with Time & Labor Implementation or Upgrade Experience

Essential Skills:
Must have been part of a PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Time & Labor Implementation or Upgrade Assignment
Multiple PeopleSoft HCM - Upgrade & Implementation Experience across any HCM module
Experience in interfacing with AD/IT Teams, Business Partner Teams, SME Groups
Experience in producing Functional & Technical Design documents by making use of Business Requirements Documents
Experience in driving UAT and Training Supporting end users
Sound Understanding of RDBMS Concepts and Competent to write SQL Queries
Good to have:
Exposure to one or more of the following PeopleSoft HCM Modules NA Payroll, Global Payroll, Benefits Administration, Talent Acquisition, Absence Management & Core HR
Experience in working with and leading multi-country teams
Exposure to Solution Architecting
