Good understanding of service design is and the structure of SB. Think of your job as being more than just a researcher, but also a consultant to the various teams. You have to be able to talk to managers and give on the spot insights. Job encompasses more than just turning around research into findings reports. Deliverables? NO, this is strictly a quantitative research experience. This teams peers are ux researchers, who do the deliverables. This person does: personas, service blueprints, findings report (mostly) The finding reports are brought to pdms and designers to build out designs. Research Need for the product Pinpoint with current product that this will replace Com analysis They have a voice of customer and analytics team - these are the QUANTS who this person will collaborate with REQUIREMENTS: Looking for someone senior who can hit the ground running Personality/culture fit Needs US, corporate, and enterprise experience (7+ years) BIG 3 Communication Consultative / collaborative approach Emotional experience Needs corporate and enterprise experience (Dealing with conservative fortune 1 company) Do they have the educational requirements? Do they have the hard/technical requirements? Can they do research in a corporate environment?
