Requirements Planning and Management: Planning and managing the requirements activities for a project, and managing the requirements themselves, including requirements change control and scope control. 2. Requirements Elicitation: Working with stakeholders and other sources to understand and identify all requirements information that is relevant to the project. Includes documenting existing processes that will be affected by the project. 3. Requirements Analysis and Documentation: Organizing, structuring and understanding the elicited requirements; putting the requirements into an appropriate form, and performing necessary verification and validation. 4. Solution Assessment: Collaborate with the technical teams to select the appropriate solution. 5. Solution Validation: Ensure that the chosen solution satisfies the needs defined in the requirements by participating in all internal testing. 6. Customer Acceptance: Work with the stakeholders to validate the solution against the agreed upon requirements and obtaining signature approval. To write the User Acceptance Test (UAT) plan and obtain internal AVS signatures. 7. Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data 8. Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels 9. Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels 10. Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production for enhancements, to ensure maximum usability 11. Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., operations, applications, support, security, compliance) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams 12. Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation 13. Abe to identify business unit data, and gather divisional requirements for Data Utilization and Enhancements. 14. Test business processes and recommend improvements 15. Write technical requirements specifications according to standard templates, simply, clearly, and concisely. 16. Collaborate with developers to design and implement solutions. 17. Collaborate with management and users to define requirements to reduce costs, expand business optics and simply processes 18. Design and refine technical diagrams for SaaS, custom developed and COTS solutions 19. Prepare and Facilitate SATs for projects 20.
