Unit/regression testing, will be testing a java based codebase. create boundaries, UAT, Content testing, data testing. Codebase is Java & proprietary language which is similar to C but all of it will migrated to java, so if they have manually tested a java based application, they will be more comfortable. SQL - run queries/data on test performance, inner joins/outer joins. Logical analysis, will be running with SQL on their own. Will need to know complex querries, inner/outer joins No SQL performance testing Self Starter/Attention to detail - will not have any hand holding, will need to proactively ask for help to drive a solution. Cant just sit and struggle, work with different members of the team.
