Role Summary: This role is responsible for the IT environments configuration, Infrastructure and operational activities. The candidate should have extensive Infrastructure engineering experience across technology platforms such Windows, Linux, Unix, SQL Database, Active Directory, File Shares, SharePoint, Social Media Platforms, and access control tools such as Dell One Identity Manager and RSA Access Certification Manager (Aveksa). Responsibilities: Assist in the Installation, Build, Configuration, Infrastructure changes across all environments such as DEV, QA, UAT, Production, DR etc Provide Operational and maintenance support for all environments. Incident and Event Management, Capacity and Demand Management, and Performance Management. Implementation and operation of all technology infrastructures deployed. Contributes to infrastructure planning, development strategies/initiatives and product lifecycle/service orientation; Determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs. Deploy and manage the applications. The role will focus on the support of applications on Windows and Linux platforms. Implements best practices for technology architecture and management. Leads with a continuous improvement mindset. Document the design, operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures Create, implement, and support key infrastructure components, including monitoring and configuration management tools. Iterate on any solution to automate it or improve the automation. Review and influence new and evolving design, architecture, standards, and methods for operating services and systems. Participate in software and system performance analysis and tuning, and service capacity planning. Help develop, adopt and expand development methodologies, including coding standards, continuous integration, and continuous delivery. Drive standardization efforts across multiple disciplines and services, identify and drive opportunities to improve automation for the company. Understand large and complex systems with multiple moving interrelated parts. For internal use only You will need the ability to prioritize between multiple competing projects in order to build scalable, fault-tolerant systems to help ensure uptime. Role Requirements: Minimum of 10 years experience on IT Infrastructure engineering and environment setup including significant experience in IT governance, authentication, and credentialing, including the following; Extensive experience in deployment of technology and solutions Experience configuring, integrating, and customizing vendor software.
